Giraffage - Tell Me +3 remixes

SF producer (and blog mainstay of the last three years) shares his first new music since signing to the Fool's Gold label, "an infectious future-R&B groove" (says Acid Stag), to tease the anticipated 5-track EP.

Bully - Milkman

Crossing "lively pop-punk and crystalline indie-rock," Nashville band Bully catch the ears of Stereogum (among others) with this statement of intent which opens their debut EP.

BenZel feat. Juicy J & Cashmere Cat - Four

BenZel is multi-platinum producer Benny Blanco and Hype Machine favorite Ben Ash (Two Inch Punch). Following work on Jesse Ware's latest LP, the super duo precede their own debut EP with this single featuring Cashmere Cat and Memphis rapper Juicy J.

Natalie Prass - Why Don't You Believe In Me

Both "classic and current" (Turntable Kitchen), the first piece to emerge from Nashville songwriter (and sometimes Jenny Lewis backup singer) Natalie Prass' forthcoming 2015 LP is "wonderfully crafted" and ever promising.

Moon Boots - There's No Love

Indie dance label French Express consistently delivers classy, immaculately-produced house tunes like this one from roster centerpiece Moon Boots. Lipstick Disco digs its "funky bassline matched with dreamy bells and synths."
FEATURED ALBUM

This week's album premiere is A Swirling Fire Burning Through the Rye from Bay Area band Cool Ghouls.

As for interesting reads, try this one about the process of reissuing rare jazz records.

Thanks for listening!
