Odd Rumblings
Sunken Cities
Out November 16th, 2018 Buy

Brooklyn-based duo Odd Rumblings make icy and evocative experimental electronic pop. Sunken Cities is their debut LP, following an EP which, according to 20jazzfunkgreats, took "the bubbling forest techno of Fever Ray and replaced the modulated voices with beautiful harmonies." They present the self-released album with liner notes of astral insights and post-apocalyptic instructions encouraging listeners to "let yourself be swaddled by these echoes: of spiritual rites once held on a starship, gently reverberating to infinity."
