NYC-born, Berlin-based musician and filmmaker JJ Weihl (of the band Fenster) records outside pop music as Discovery Zone. In her solo debut, she implements drum machines, vocoder, sound collage, theremin, and electric guitar to generate the dreamy and playful Remote Control. "A constant dialogue in between organic and virtual worlds," says Highclouds. It sees release on Mansions and Millions.
