After two promising releases in 2015, San Francisco indie/dream-pop outfit No Vacation broke up. Intermission marks their return. A self-described mixtape dedicated to everyone who encouraged them to keep going, the wistful collection reflects the uncertainty felt during the brief hiatus. "Back and better than ever," says Buffablog, the band "hold onto their DIY roots, while securing sugary guitar melodies, gauzy vocals, and a neat and tidy rhythm section." They're donating a portion of proceeds from the EP to The Trevor Project, The NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Planned Parenthood. It's out on Topshelf Records.
