As Bleach Day, musicians Louie Kiley and Vinny Marksohn write and record psychedelic lo-fi pop songs out of their analog home studio in Burlington, Vermont. Since the release of their 2016 debut, they've had a hand in albums by Wished Bone, Sparklesaurus, and other artists in their community, now returning to their primary project for a proper follow-up. They say the material on as if always is meant to mirror a full life cycle from birth to death, fears to self-discovery—"quite an adventure," says Austin Town Hall. It's out on Birdwatcher Records.
