Planet Mu label founder Mike Paradinas, aka µ-Ziq (aka Jake Slazenger, Tusken Raiders, Kid Spatula and numerous other monikers) is a creative force and one of the most influential figures in electronic music. In fact, Aphex Twin himself released the first µ-Ziq album in 1993. This album (and its companion EP, XTEP ) represents his first new solo material in six years.
