2020 Vision

Feels 2020

It’s a new year 2020 vision
Is helping our decision to live life
Just like we’re human beings

We’re going to cut out the meat
We’re going to save all the trees
But we’re still looking for points to save our phone batteries

I’ve got that look in my eye
But you ask me but why
I say we’re all these different people
We’re the same when we die

We’re individually wrapped
Now how confusing is that
We don’t know which is the department
To recycle us at

So, you’ve got all your ducks in a row, but I don’t

Sitting in a car eating haribo
Wishing this was just little bit more controversial though
We don’t know when we’ll be back
Or even on the same track
And these are all the little feelings
that are freaking us out

We’ve been masking our smiles
Been doing that for a while
Trying to hide from other people that we’re dying inside

We’re at the back of the line
Surely wasting our time
Because heavens just a landfill
Been ignoring the signs
