10:00PM FIRE IRAE is about trance. The trance you get into when you’re overwhelmed by the desire of someone. When your eye’s range narrows, when the sounds disappear, when everything around you turns furiously into a pattern. A trance where desire brings danger.
Where we are in the story: Previously the girl with the red beret has finally met Hawaii and the journalist at the Coconut Bar. It’s now 10pm and Bebe, the star of the evening, appears on stage. The crowd cheers for a moment, then hushes, hypnotized by her dance of fire. She progressively falls into a trance and finally sets the bar on fire. End of the show.
