Swiss-born, Italy-based talent Verner presents his debut EP on Quartet Series. After three releases from Tell, S3A and Nachtbraker, Verner rounds off the Trophy Quartet in the most beautiful way. Throughout the EP, he explores 70’s and 80’s sounds, using vintage synthesizers and drum computers, reminding us of a style reminiscent of Harvey Sutherland and Nu Guinea. We’re talking about groove, Funk, Jazz but also House Music, as you can hear it on "Late Night Job"... a deep, deep tune with a thriving bassline and mesmerising synths.
