Wettworker is the genre-bomb that happens when you deprive the front man of a touring punk band of shelter, privacy, and comfort for a few months. Dark, evil, fucked up; this new EP is a pseudo-satirical self-aggrandizing hypocritical neo-narcissistic hyperbolic rap archetype clusterfuck that blurs the line between reality and social commentary. The beats are grimy, the lyrics are intellectually lowbrow. All the vocals are all one-takes, complete with blemishes, and were spat through a broken coat hanger with a shredded twenty year old, nicotine-stained tablecloth tied around it as a pop filter, recorded while illegally living in the basement of an unfinished house. A patina of filth that's echoed in the subject matter.
