Lonelyspeck - 'Wring'

@TEEFrecordings is very proud to announce Imperium In Imperio, a record of new, unreleased and unheard tracks from Australian artists. The album’s title literally means ‘Empire Within An Empire’, a reference to a small group of artists who are innovating and creating against the grain, within the larger sphere. This selection of artists is connected by a fragile silk thread of electronic elements but what binds them most closely is their forward thinking and pioneering musical exploits.

These are never-before-heard songs that wouldn’t have seen the light of day save through this compilation so it’s important not to view them as singles but the offcuts, the neglected progeny, the displaced and the placeless.

Here's the first track from the compilation from Adelaide producer-vocalist @lonelyspeck. The track 'Wring' is true to form for @lonelyspeck, meticulous production combining with incredibly intricate soundscapes. 'Wring' is at once full of noise and immensely delicate, a rare balance that the Adelaide local maintains with precision.
