Medline - Sun Being by Medline

Medline - Sun Being Composition made especially for the Cosmic Compositions Avant Garde Series Vol.3 [Sun Ra]. Unfortunately the music wasn't enough in the taste of the compiler to be kept in the 30 titles. Here is my thoughts about this. I'm really disapointed but, more, surprised that a dedicated work to Sun Ra is not trying to break more music laws, is not more audacious and push classic hip hop formulas or actual digital way of sounds like every other compilations. The fact is, that it's not really an attempt to push music style farther like Sun Ra did but just a way to promote always the same style of sound... it sounds now so evident and contradictory to me. It's a fashionable value to sample Ra or mention him but it is not so easy to understand his music. All taste are in nature, it's just here my point of view. I respect all the artist's work.
