For Everything Is Boring, Spank Rock linked with the German dance producer Boys Noize. Juwan and Boys Noize both serve as executive producers of the LP, and Boys Noize produced most of the tracks. Santigold guests on "Car Song", and New Orleans bounce diva Big Freedia appears on another one, "Nasty". The album also includes production from Neptunes superstar Pharrell Williams and original Spank Rock producer XXXchange, as well as Sam Spiegel (aka Squeak E. Clean of N.A.S.A) and Chris Rockswell.
