this samples captures the decay of the tape in ways that is heartbreakingly beautiful. there's a clear difference to how I perceived music after listening to this for the first time and I'm glad it's this album. William you have captured an almost simple yet powerful message through this album, even though it's as simple as withering the tape away using a battery and looping it for an hour the message is universal. it deteriotes yes but it's hope still stands
