For a long time, I enjoyed the company of animals but I never truly understood what it's like to share your life with a dog.
When I got my first dog, he was a difficult creature to get to know and I regretted my decision of adding him to the family for a long time.
But then time passed and we found ways to communicate and understand each others cues.
"A New Kind of Love" is about my relationship with my dog and the massive amounts of love and empathy we're all capable of - even when it's not obvious at first.
