This introspective mood is palpable throughout the album. One summer in Melbourne, Plant revisited the leafy suburb where he grew up. “I was amazed that it was still exactly the same as 20 years ago,” he recalls. “All the adventures, and the innocence of childhood came rushing back. I wanted to capture that sense of adventure and discovery on the album—the childlike spirit and mindset you have before the world changes you. It reminded us of the innocent emotions we felt toward music when you first discovered it, when it wasn’t a pretentious experience, when everything felt wondrous.”

Chillwave is a short living and non-promising genre, they said. Chillwave musicians are shallow and non-creative, they said. Me, listening to the new album from one of chillwave pioneers in 2024, with a slight smile on face recalling the times and think - "musician experts suck!" It's a pure pleasure to watch how seriously WO evolves with every new album. I don't think chillwave has vanished, it evolved into something even more beautiful. And still, from time to time I return back to the start)
