HEIMBERG is a post-punk/cold wave trio from Strasbourg. They produce a sound both energetic and cold, with industrial acoustics. Minimalist, but at the same time melodious, the guitar is airy, and the vocals are plaintive and remote. The bass, supported by the synthesizer and the drum machine, set the scene for a raw and stern atmosphere. It creates a sound drowned in reverb and chorus effects. ... more

I heard this album on YouTube and I rushed over to Bandcamp to see if it was available.,and it was. I love this band. Definitely Dreampop style synthy post-punk that I have been into recently. For fans of Drab Majesty and Choir Boy. I may end up with all of these albums by this artist someday….right now I am afraid to overuse my cheapness because I am unemployed and broke. Still I might. Lol
