Safe In Body was born in a moment of intense self reflection and the realisation of a disconnected part within self. It explores how we are often so caught up in a projection of other people's ideas of us, instead of trusting ourselves with what we know and feel. The song captures the feeling of desperately wanting to feel safe in our bodies, and can be seen as a love letter to Self.
