I know one of the labels for this album is "industrial rock" and, yeah, it has a metallic grind to it but it's also raw, tribal, and primeval. "American Standard" taps into something old and ugly and I fucking love it. Maybe it's industrial as in the Industrial Revolution? That's when shit really started to get fucked up. mattgraupman
