I got this one recommended to me completely out of nowhere and sometimes you have to thank the magic of algorithms for things like this. Five years out from release and I’m just now discovering this nice piece of pretty-much-shoegaze and revisiting it every few days to admire this dense, cold texture of sound that Blue Unit manages to achieve perfectly. There’s some interesting sequences in the melodies that I particularly love as well, especially on the closer, “Drop”.
