Come My Way was birthed out great struggle and is a cry out to The Most High. I wrote this song in 2013 soon after the loss of both of my maternal grandparents. Words can not express what they mean to me. During the same year I lost 3 students that I taught and coached. I was devastated, in our lives when we hit lows we can turn to a lot of places some healthy some not. For me the only place I find true peace and comfort in times of trials and grief is in my relationship with the Creator.

Come My Way features 2 of my favorite singers/songwriters Aisea Taimani based in the Bay Area and Riya Davis from Hawaiʻi. I am honored to have 9 close friends play on this track. I hope this song impacts you as it has me.
