The Invisible Man is a story about mental health, with the lyrics shaped by personal experiences of dealing with loved ones struggling in the midst of the mental health epidemic. The track’s instrumentation manages to be both raw and uncompromising yet also melodic and mystical, a juxtaposition that runs throughout Maruja’s music, serving to aid the poetry in thrusting the listener into the cacophony of emotions that the lived events created.

Forgotton himself in the land of the damned
Now no one can reach him, lost in the cracks of reality
Savagery ,taking his hand, breaking his stance, he's lost in his glance
No matter never when I try, through your eyes I see emotions that you hide
Ain't it funny that there's nothing that will last?
Screwed up looking faces like they had or wear a mask
All I ask is that you're open for a minute now
Never long enough to grasp
Like the smoke grows from my hands in a flash
With each other can we last?

Wisps of smoke caressed the mountains beneath the moon
The sky fell backwards, a deep and dark green blue
