In 2021 we were honoured to produce the soundtrack for a short film commissioned as part of Edinburgh’s world-famous Hogmanay celebrations. The film followed four characters and depicted their individual stories navigating what was an incredibly challenging, yet hopeful time for us all.

Dystopia was my introduction to Talisk when the live version of it was out on youtube. Between the energy and life not just by the music itself, but the people playing it being so engrained into the songs themselves, Talisk has become a foot-stomper, and an absolute jam of a band to put on full volume.

The composition of all the tracks are extremely thought out and executed perfectly especially the ones that incorporate two tunes. The track i feel shows this is at their best is June's Garden/Pockets.
