An excellent release that significantly improved from their previous albums. Blood Incantation's Hidden History of the Human Race sounds like Covenant-era Morbid Angel, Death, Brutality, Afterbirth, Lykathea Aflame, Atheist, and Cynic had a child. I really enjoy Blood Incantation's lyrical themes, while their name would make one presume they're about the occult or played-out satanic crap, they take a deep dive into the unknown of the cosmos and extraterrestrial beings. Excellent work!

As much as I like to stick to my roots and keep OSDM close to my heart, there are a few bands out there that play that prog / blackened DM that tickle my pickle with great growls, pummelling riffs and melodies that trigger my dopamine reaction. HATH is one of them, by all means, this is some extremely well-crafted BDM with mature song-writing and flawless execution!! FFO Sulphur Aeon, Ulcerate, Bloodbath, etc...

Very late to the party here. I added Exogalactic to my BC collection due to the (very deserved) big hype, and decided to listen to their older albums. This one is just as great as the newest, and closer in style wrt their older ones.

Every single track on this album has multiple sections that give me full body chills. Absolutely one of the best modern death metal albums, and severely underrated. Cannot wait for a follow up.
