YERÛŠELEM is the newest artistic entity created by BLUT AUS NORD mastermind Vindsval and longtime partner W.D.
Feld.
Borrowing a great deal of influences, YERÛŠELEM creates a congruent melding of industrial metal, cold new wave, electronica, and post-punk as exemplified by their 2019 debut “The Sublime,” a meditative journey borne of sonic anodyne.
This is a musical experience without any limits.

This is a much more rocking and melodic output than the band's previous releases but not exactly a retread of the 'Memoria Vetusta' sound, though it would still be the closest comparison. The 7 tracks are all similar in their approach, with sprawling soundscapes of distorted riffs and woozy solos that show both a meditative and an abrasive side, along with raging screams and chants emerging from the din. Even if it is not as impactful for some people, it’s still a very unique experience.
