As anyone lucky enough to catch Auscultation's magical "L'etreinte Imaginaire" released in late summer last year on 100% Silk will testify, it was a gorgeous bliss blast of house, techno and ambient that had listeners clamouring for more. Clamour no longer, for the tracks which, due to length and other concerns, didn't make it onto "L'etreinte ..." are finally seeing the light of day. "Spiritland" has every bit of the hazy charm that made its predecessor such a delight so if it's a warm, beat-rippled bubble bath you're after, look no further. Lovely.
