A massive part of rape culture is the so called 'victim blaming'. Instead of supporting the offended individual, the accusation "you must have done something wrong" usually arises. These questions are asked by the police, doctors, in a court room, even at universities or by friends and family. It simply doesn't matter. Never assume the victims did something wrong, because they didn't.
