Record/Vinyl + Digital Albumthe debut single from 4 piece art surf punk lo fi outfit Mowbird, on limited edition hand numbered green vinyl (limited edition of 500).
Arising from the depths of Wrexham, the band have completed a series of self released cd eps, and played with such compadres as Furrow, Iceage, Sky Larkin, Radstewart and toured with Joanna Gruesome.
The single follows a Maida Vale session for Jen Long at Radio 1, and appearances at Green Man and Swn festivals. A tour will follow in Feb 2014 to promote the forthcoming album.
Islander, the bands debut album, due out on Shape Records in Feb 2014, and will feature a version of this track.

Happy Active Horse Organ has picked up airplay from Huw Stephens (radio 1), Jen Long (radio 1), Marc Riley (6music), Lauren Laverne (6music), Steve Lamacq (6music), Tom Ravenscroft (6music), Adam Walton (BBC Radio Wales), Bethan Elfyn (BBC Radio Wales), Jon Kennedy (Xfm), Steve Wide (3RRR Melbourne).
The band performed the song in a live session for Marc Riley's 6 music show in Feb 2014.
