"Sleep" & "When the Sun Hits" introduced me to Slowdive & I been longing for their return.
I was ecstatic when they release this back in 2017.
It contains some of the most played tracks on my phone/playlist & I finally got the physical in 2025.
This album is my comfort, impeccable from start to finish. mcmxcivmusic
I did not pay enough attention to the album as a whole listening experience until recently, focusing only on the singles — I was completely out of point, I now can feel they managed to put out their most cohesive, heavy, straightforward effort to date, and I can't stop thinking they're growing as one of the best bands in the world right now in 2020 C://FNFN
