There's a "Karen Carpenter-esque comfort" (The Autumn Roses) to the new single from U.K.-born, Salt Lake City-based musician Fonteyn, who also cites the influence of Carole King, Todd Rundgren, and Paul McCartney. It's out on Born Loser Records.
