In 2007, classically-trained brothers David and Robert Perlick-Molinari decided to ditch their bassoon and french horn in favor of making beats instead. Since then, the Brooklyn (via Milwaukee) duo has remixed and worked with the likes of Sleigh Bells and MGMT in between releasing their own 80s-inspired productions. They've now formed their own indie label, Ensemble Records, marking its launch with the release of these seven brand-new original tracks—which also happen to feature some brass and woodwind because, well, old habits...
