Since the release of their self-titled debut album last year, London quartet Cheatahs have remained prolific, recording two new EPs and and a full-length follow-up already. This sophomore LP (coming out on Wichita) marks an evolution for the guitar-driven band: "More electronic and experimental," observes Dummy Mag. "A departure from the visceral shoegaze sound... with layers of haunting synths, insouciant vocals and gradually-building instrumental backdrops of emphatic drums and barbed guitar riffs."
